What to write about, and where it goes
A factual error
Tell us the page, the sentence and ideally a source. Our corrections procedure commits us to acknowledging within five working days and publishing a visible note for anything substantive.
A GDPR request
Access, erasure, objection and the rest: write to the same address and we answer within one month. Note that for an ordinary visitor the only record that can exist is a server log line — see the privacy policy, section 9.
An advertising enquiry
We run affiliate links only. There is no sponsored-content format and no paid placement, so there is nothing to buy — but the disclosure page explains the arrangement we do accept.
A legal notice
Trademark, copyright and unlawful-content notices should go to the same address with “Legal” in the subject line. Hosting provider details are available on request — see the legal notice.
What we cannot help with
We are not Gen Digital, not Norton, and not connected to any brand on this site. We cannot recover a licence key, process a refund, cancel a subscription, remove a charge from your card or provide technical support for any product. Those all go to the vendor who sold it to you. Writing to us will only delay you.
