1. Who these terms are with
vectaris.online is operated by DILA A ROBOTA s.r.o., Vosmíkových 930/12, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company no. 19691289, VAT no. CZ19691289 (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. What this site is, and what it is not
This site is an independent publication. It publishes explanatory articles about consumer security software and online safety, and it is funded by affiliate commission.
- We are not a shop. We sell nothing, take no orders and process no payments.
- We are not a reseller, agent or representative of any brand mentioned here.
- We do not provide technical support for any product we write about.
- Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
Any purchase you make happens on a third party’s website, under that party’s terms, and the contract is between you and them.
3. Accuracy and the limits of what we can promise
We research what we publish, cite sources, date every page and correct errors when they are pointed out — see our editorial policy. We cannot promise the site is free of error or permanently up to date. Product specifications, plan contents, device counts, storage allowances, prices and promotional terms are decided by third parties and change without notice.
Where this site and an advertiser’s own published information differ, the advertiser’s information prevails. Check the destination page before you buy.
4. Commercial links
Links marked “Partner link” are affiliate links. We are paid a commission by the advertiser on qualifying purchases and you pay no more as a result. This is set out in full in our advertising and affiliate disclosure.
5. External links
We link to third-party sites — testing laboratories, regulators, advertisers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. A link is not an endorsement.
6. Intellectual property
The text, page design, stylesheet and all diagrams on this site are original works belonging to DILA A ROBOTA s.r.o.. You may read, print and link to any page, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts, or reproduce the diagrams, without our written permission.
Third-party names and marks appearing on the site belong to their owners and are used for identification only. See the legal notice for the trademark statement.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass any technical restriction, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute unlawful material. We may block access where this happens.
8. Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we may change, suspend or withdraw any page at any time.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from any decision taken on the basis of it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy. In summary: this site collects nothing.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. Consumers resident in the EU retain the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. The competent out-of-court body for consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, coi.cz.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top.
